The Winning Women Undergraduate Experience offers students a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at a leading financial services firm. This event gives students an opportunity to meet female leaders ranging from Analysts to Senior Managers and interview for a Summer Analyst internship.

 

McKinsey & Company Sophomore Diversity Leadership Intern (SDLI)
Target Student: Sophomores
Type: Internship


McKinsey & Company’s Sophomore Diversity Leaders Internship program (SDLI) provides a highly select group of Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or Native American undergraduate students first-hand experience with consulting at McKinsey & Company.  At the end of the summer, successful interns may receive an offer to join us as a Summer Business Analyst for the following summer or as a full-time Business Analyst after the completion of their degree.

 

Microsoft Diversity Conference Scholarship
Target Student: All college students

Recipients receive paid registration to one of the following diversity conferences:

Procter & Gamble's Freshman Leadership Forum is a student program designed to reach top diverse students and others in their freshman year of an undergraduate degree to expose them to the type of opportunities available in P&G’s Sales, Design, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Finance functions. The forum will be held April 2018 at P&G's global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Our Merchant Immersion Program is designed to leverage the innate curiosity in people and help them develop a deep understanding of the complexity of the merchant business. It’s global in scope and structured in three 8-month rotations (total of 2 years) that cover Sales, Product & Business Management which we believe are the foundational elements for a career in payments.
