Q: What are the dates of the conference?
A: The #PowerOfYou conference begins on Friday, October 4th, 2010 at 12:00 PM and ends on Sunday, October 6th, 2019 at 1:00 PM. Scholars should plan to attend the entire conference, including the events in the evening.
Q: What time should I plan to arrive and depart?
A: If you are traveling to Chicago, plan to arrive in the city no later than 12 PM. Loyola is about 35 min from O’Hare International Airport and about the same distance from Midway International Airport. You should arrive to register for the conference no later than 1:00 PM on Friday, October 4th. You should plan to depart by Sunday, October 6th at 1:00 PM.

A: Updates on accommodations for students registered for the conference will be provided in late June.
Q: Will there be travel accommodations?
A: Scholars are responsible for scheduling travel for the conference. If you are not from the Midwest, we suggest ordering your plane ticket ASAP to get the best prices. Additionally, you should reach out to your Class Deans and/or Professional Centers at your university to ask for potential funding opportunities.
